Online Courses for Connecticut High School Students

CT Virtual Learning is pleased to offer online course options for your home schooled student/s.

HIGH SCHOOL COURSES:

Courses are priced on a per-student, per-course basis as follows:
Semester-long (half-year) Courses - $350
Full Year Courses - $690

Extension Policy: Semester-long rolling enrollment and semester-long AP courses are designed to be completed in 16 weeks. If a student does not complete their course within 20 weeks of their start date, schools may choose to let the student have an extra 8 weeks of teacher lead course time, for an additional charge of $90 per student per course.

CREDIT RECOVERY COURSES:

Courses are priced on a per-student, per-course basis as follows:
Semester-based (10 week session) Courses - $220

Extension Policy: Credit Recovery courses are designed to be completed within 8-10 weeks. If a student does not complete their course within 10 weeks of their start date, schools may choose to let the student have an extra 4 weeks of teacher lead course time, for an additional charge of $75 per student per course.

Home Schooled families must call CT Virtual Learning to request and confirm a dropped student at 860-515-3728.
Families that drop students during drop period will not be billed for those students that were dropped.

All AP Test Prep Courses are all free of charge. Students can be enrolled in these self-paced, non-credit test preparation courses throughout the year. These courses are designed as a supplemental study tool and not a replacement for AP courses.

Please review the complete description for each course along with any books that will be required. Home schooled families will be responsible for acquiring any books required for these courses.

You can sign up by calling Susan Champine at 860-515-3712. She will get you and your daughter/son set up in our system.

You will then need to log in through our secure pages and enroll your daughter/son using your Master Card or VISA, (You will need to enter: Card Type, Name of card holder, Credit Card number and expiration date).

Please note that access to and ease of use with a computer is a requirement of both the student and the Mentors in the CT Virtual Learning program. Please also review and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the program and check that your computer complies with the System Requirements for CT Virtual Learning courses.

Please sign and return via 860-666-5828 the Parent Consent Form (PDF).

Families that drop students during the 30 day drop period will be credited via the credit card issued for the course/s that were dropped.

All prospective students should thoroughly review the Online Learning Orientation Tool that can be found on the Student section of our website prior to beginning a course.
